To have a place you can go and just get away every week from all those stresses, even if just for a few hours?
To have a place to talk about things in life that do not make sense?
To have someone who will support you and encourage you, no matter what you’re going through?
To have a place where you can just feel free to be you and have FUN!?
Well, we might be just what you’re looking for! The ZONE is a place that you can come to:
• JUST HAVE FUN!
• Know you are safe and free to be you!
• Be respected!
• Be challenged!
• And a place to also eat (we LOVE food)!
We know, we know, you’re probably thinking, “Church? You must be joking!?” Well, we’re not! We are a group that strives to break the typical stereotype of what church is all about! All we ask is that you just give us a chance! After all, that’s all you want people to do for you, right?
WHAT WE’RE ABOUT:
The ZONE is a ministry of Plano Christian Church to middle and high school students (grades 6-12). We exist to ENGAGE students wherever they are, ENCOURAGE them as they navigate through life, ENABLE them to take on various responsibilities and leadership roles within the ZONE Student Ministries and EQUIP them to make a difference in the world around them.
Our desire for these students in Plano and the surrounding communities is not only for them to make positive life choices, but to also be impacted by the love of God offered through His Son, Jesus Christ!
